On July 27th, Chairman Yang Dongqiang, General Manager Huang Xiangjiong and his team went deep into the frontline inspection and guidance work of the Jiangyin Yaoyuan New Material Photovoltaic Base project, inspected and understood the project construction, safety production management, and other situations on site, and mobilized all members of the project team to unite and forge ahead, ensuring the completion of the node target tasks of the main project completion.
After listening to the project department's report on the current construction priorities, difficulties, and progress arrangements at the project site, Chairman Yang Dongqiang proposed two requirements to ensure the completion of the main project's milestone target tasks: firstly, to anchor the target without wavering, and firmly grasp the key points to tackle the difficulties. The project department should integrate high-quality resources from both internal and external sources, break down tasks around goals, develop measures, clarify time limits, implement responsibilities, strengthen supervision, and make every effort to promote project construction. The second is to optimize construction organization and management, and vigorously promote construction progress. We should not only take overall responsibility, but also control details. We should quantify the specific work to subcontracting teams, teams, and individuals, so that all construction personnel have pressure on their shoulders and goals on everyone, ensuring scientific, efficient, standardized and orderly construction, and striving to achieve node goals; All construction personnel should always tighten their safety belts, ensuring that their thinking is not slack, their implementation is not distorted, and their responsibilities are not loose. They should implement comprehensive and full process safety production risk control for all personnel, firmly hold the safety bottom line.
